Nice dress but shirt jacket arm length too short

I like the dress and attached shirt jacket, as I have everything I have purchased from World of Crow. It's a nice color, is well made and is a good overall length. Despite the dress fitting me the sleeves on the shirt jacket are too short. I do have long arms but was hopeful the medium size would work. It would be wonderful if a separate dress was made with the same "empire-style" higher waist like this dress has. I think I would like it more if the shirt jacket was removable. And if the dress had pockets on the side seams. Even as an attached shirt jacket, I still like it but will have to return it due to the sleeves being too short.

I loved this dress when I first spotted one the website and ordered it straight away. I was pleased to find the length and fit really good.
