Our textiles are handwoven and naturally dyed, which may result in slight irregularities and a natural fading of dyes over time. These are not defects, simply unique signs of the effort that goes into creating atypical handcrafted clothing.
We’re sorry to know that the package you have received is not up to the mark. In the case that it looks tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, please refuse to accept the package. In the case that you are not happy with the product received, please inform us within 10 working days, we accept returns in an easy and hassle-free process. Kindly follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return.

- Please note that the merchandise returned should be in its original condition, unworn with tags and packaging included as it was. If the items look used or tampered with, we will decline the return and won’t be able to issue a refund, and will be sent back at cost of the buyer.
- Our customer care executive will email you the USPS return label to you, you can drop off the parcel at your nearest USPS office
However, due to merchandise restrictions, we will not accept returns and issue refunds for any items purchased from our stockists.
After the package arrives at our studio, our team will inspect to ensure that the package has been returned within the same condition it was sent out in. We aim to issue a refund to you within 3 to 7 days, depending on the time of the year. Kindly keep an eye on your inbox for a refund confirmation email.
In the case that the package is unsatisfactory, it will be sent back, and we exercise our right to reject returns.
*In the case the shipment is directly sent to our address, without any prior notice, we wont be able to make a refund or be responsible for the loss of package.
Can I combine returns from different orders?
In the spirit of saving the environment, we accept returns of multiple orders in the same box. Kindly ensure that the tags and packaging are intact. If you decide on this, please let us know with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid miscommunication.
I want to return a gift, can I still get a refund on it?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from gifts.
We understand that sizing estimates are difficult over the screen. To make fittings easier, we are happy to change sizes or colors as long as it is within 7 days of your delivery date. However, concerning our carbon footprint, we only encourage this exchange once.
When filling out the return form, kindly choose ‘Exchange’ as the option and express the preference of your desired size, style, color that you would like in your replacement. We will then make sure your preferred item, in particular, is held for you by the time we receive your return.
Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the replacement and update you with a confirmation email.
- We currently do not provide exchanges or returns outside of the U.S.
- We do not exchange Masks, Scrunchies, and Accessories for hygiene reasons.
