Our clothing is handmade with handwoven, naturally dyed textiles. Slight irregularities or fading are not defects; they are a unique part of our handcrafted process.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost. For any issues, email us at orders@worldofcrow.com.
Returns & Exchanges
- You can return an item within 7 working days of delivery. A $10 shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- For returns or exchanges, log in to your account and submit a request. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label via email or Email us at orders@worldofcrow.com with your request.
- Returned items must be unworn with all original tags and packaging. We cannot issue a refund for used or tampered items.
Non-Returnable Items: Gifts, discounted items, items from stockists, custom orders, accessories, stoles, scarves, hats, jewelry, bags, or items from our "Labels with Love" collection.
International Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges outside the U.S.
Refunds & Exchanges
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7 days. We offer a one-time exchange for a different size or color within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations & Repairs
