As an American company, our products are handmade in India in our workshop. We're committed to making your experience as smooth as possible, and we're taking two big steps to prove it:

• We'll Pay the Duties: We will cover all duty costs for all orders to the United States, Canada, and Europe.
• Two Fulfillment Centers: We operate two fulfillment centers—one in India and one in New Jersey—depending on where the stock is.

Shipping Time

Each item is handmade to order in our workshop, following a "produce on demand" approach. This method reduces waste and minimizes our environmental impact. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Free standard shipping within the USA.
• Courier Partners: FedEx and DHL.
• Remote Locations: We use India Speed Post for delivery to remote areas.
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email within 8-10 business days from your order date.

International Shipping

• Free worldwide standard shipping.
• Delivery Time: 8-10
• Courier Partners: USPS and DHL.
• Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email.

Important Shipping Notes

• Change Delivery: To modify your delivery time or date, please contact our customer care team.
• Track Your Order:
• Undelivered Orders: In the rare event of a late delivery, please verify your shipping address and then check your order status.
• Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, please contact customer care to arrange expedited shipping.
• Sundays and National holidays. Orders will not be shipped during these times. Please factor this into your expected delivery.
• International Duties & Fees: For international shipments outside United States, import duties and clearance fees may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Crow is not responsible for these fees, nor do we have control over customs requirements for additional information.
