Our commitment to the environment extends to our packaging. We use:
- 100% cotton packaging bags: Designed with sustainability in mind.
- Reused fabric remnants: Our packaging bags incorporate waste fabric, giving materials a second life.
- Paper pulp tags: Made from a unique process using fabric waste, minimizing our environmental footprint.
We proudly reuse 95% of our waste in our creative packaging.
Ethical Workplace
Our team works diligently throughout the week to prepare your orders. To ensure an ethical work environment, we observe Sundays and public holidays as rest days.
Shipping Time
Each item is handmade to order in our workshop, following a "produce on demand" approach. This method reduces waste and minimizes our environmental impact. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Free standard shipping within the USA.
- Courier Partners: FedEx and DHL.
- Remote Locations: We use India Speed Post for delivery to remote areas.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email within 15-20 business days from your order date.
International Shipping
- Free worldwide standard shipping.
- Delivery Time: 3-4 weeks.
- Courier Partners: FedEx and DHL.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email within 15-20 business days from your order date.
Important Shipping Notes
- Change Delivery: To modify your delivery time or date, please contact our customer care team.
- Track Your Order:
- Undelivered Orders: In the rare event of a late delivery, please verify your shipping address and then check your order status.
- Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, please contact customer care to arrange expedited shipping.
- Studio Hours: Our studio is located in Ahmedabad, India, and is closed on Sundays and National Indian holidays. Orders will not be shipped during these times. Please factor this into your expected delivery.
- International Duties & Fees: For international shipments, import duties and clearance fees may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Crow is not responsible for these fees, nor do we have control over customs requirements for additional information.
