Designed in collaboration with Joyce Lee & World of Crow, this midi-length dress features a textured black shade, a relaxed bodice with pockets, and short sleeves. It has a cinched waist that leads to a gathered skirt and a unique back cutout. The dress offers a classic, feminine silhouette with bohemian flair, making it suitable for many occasions.

Crafted over 7 days: 6 days weaving, 1 day for making and finishing. 

  • Black with azo-free dyes.
  • Relax fit with side pockets.
  • Falls 45” from the point of shoulder. Size up for an oversized fit.
  • A 33" chest model wears a size S.
  • Lined only on mid front bodice panel.
  • Handwoven cotton, light, soft, and non-stretchy.
  • Handwoven Jamdani with intricate motifs meticulously woven directly into the fabric.

All products are ethically made in small batches by local artisans in India.

100% Hand-Woven Cotton

Our fabrics are crafted from natural materials, including 100% hand-woven cotton, linen, wool, and silk. We use traditional techniques carried out by skilled artisans. The processes of hand-weaving, hand-dyeing, and hand-block printing are prone to slight irregularities, which make each piece one-of-a-kind.

Care

Follow the following tips to ensure the best care you can give to handwoven fabrics to keep your garments looking the best, for years to come.

  • Handwoven cotton gentle cold machine wash
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Warm iron
  • Dry Clean if needed
  • Natural dyes: Hand-wash separately and do not soak and do not expose it to direct sunlight
  • Cashmere: Dry clean only and warm iron.
